Sessions are currently offered in person in St. Catharines, Ontario (Niagara Region) or virtually. FOr virtual therapy, I provide therapy through video chat or by telephone using a secure platform that abides by Ontario’s health-specific rules and regulations.

While psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP, many private insurance plans (through work or school) do provide coverage for sessions with registered psychotherapists. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm:

I am happy to provide receipts and invoices to ensure you are reimbursed by your insurance provider.

Depending on your availability, sessions are usually booked within one or two weeks. Evening appointments are in high demand and often fill up first—reserve your spot soon for after-hours availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reach out by email or telephone to notify us as soon as possible. We charge the full hourly rate for no-shows or appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
